This patient had a prior lumpectomy with radiation treatment for breast cancer on her left side. She had another cancer develop and she elected to undergo bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders. She has a wonderful result shown after placement of silicone gel implants and nipple-areola reconstruction.
